I am a Training Development Professional helping companies maximize employee productivity and customer satisfaction through training. I am proficient in a wide variety of web and print authoring tools with the ability to apply new technology to challenging projects. I manage complex workloads and aggressive schedules to prioritize and meet deadlines.

I spent the past two years developing Electronic Medical Record Software eLearning for the doctors and nurses at Seton Family of Hospitals in Austin, Texas. We utilized the Adobe eLearning Suite which includes Captivate, Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash. We also developed eLearning using Mzinga Firefly compiled with Cerner’s Integrated Course Shell.

With over twenty years of Project Management experience in curriculum design and development, my enthusiasm and positive attitude create a bond with my customers and coworkers.
